Hi guys, this is my concept for the grand space opera challenge. In the distant future, mankind technology has reached the level where we can travel to outer space very easily, thus we encounter alien species n different civilisations. Unfortunately, not everyone is a good guy, thus our earth was invaded and conquered, we fled to a distant planet. After several centuries, we are back with a vengeance, claiming back what was ours...

Most of the time we saw earth invasion from the viewpoint of outsiders, this time i'm trying to convey invasion of earth from our point of view..

great idea, I think you could change your colors a bit, your image is a bit monochromatic
