this is simple but okay .its classical if you know flash or if you wanna learn i probably say lets go , it will create a more dinamic web site ,you can find alot of flash tutorial on the net . www.flashkit.com is a good links
my page is on construction to all create in flash(except the 3d) you go see what is like :

THANX MAN, I KNOW I COULD'VE GONE FOR FLASH BUT I WANTED TO USE THE OLD HTML FOR A CHANGE. MORE TO COME SOON
