The first concept sketch for my main idea. A major United Earth Force fleet yard has been subjected to an unprovoked colonist attack leaving the orbital and ground Instillations and ships devastated. A lone battleship has just arrived to search for surviours while familly possesions are strewn across the planets surface.
This is a quick and dirty \'blocking\' sketch to give me a rough idea of layout and composition before refining details.

A simple blocking concept sketch to give me a rough idea of placement and composition before refining details.
A lone battleship arrives in orbit of a major United Earth Force ship yard recently devastated by an unprovoked colonist attack. An attack so devastating that even the civilian quarters are not left untouched. This can mean only one thing, galactic war!

Argh, the submit seemed to fail so i reentered everything again, so it submitted twice...
Anyway most of you probably won't know who i am as i'm a new member here. I saw this challenge advertised on another site i visit and thought it was about time i put my money where my mouth is and actually FINISHED and 3D project :)
Any thoughts ideas critisim would be greatly appreciated, more to come.
