Hi all,

is there an easy way to create text as a material map, preferably with a posssibility to change/ edit text on the fly?

i dont want to creat text bitmaps in pshop, i am looking for a real textmap: write the text in the materialeditor........

i just dont want to use the textshape creation tool, because with large amounts of txt its too slow.

you can create your text in combustion, then apply it as a combustion material type. This will update in real time! but you have to edit it through combustion.

combustion map, yes that could be workable, but its far from ideal.
I really would wish a material map plugin to do this. Strange that there is no such thing.
