View Full Version : some problems with a sea
ThirdEye 08-19-2002, 03:52 PM I'm trying reproducing a sea surface with SLA Noise but I have some probs with some strange reflection artifacts on the waves... look at the pic. What could be the cause? I used a poly plane with a lot of subdivisions and i applied sla 2D noise to bump and displacement channels.

are you sure that's not in the reflection channel?

In the reflection channel i put bhodinut fresnel...
It's just that from this vantage it looks like it's a reflection anomoly...
I'd love to play with your settings later and and try it myself... if nothing else it would be a good excersize...
