Hi guys, hope you can help me with this one...

using photoshop CS and I have a layer selected, apply a bevel and emboss effect at one angle and then want to apply Inner shadow at another angle but when I change the angle for the inner shadow it affects the angle of the bevel and emboss effect....

I am trying to put 2 effects on the same layer, am I going about this the wrong way ? should I apply different effects on different layers ?

There should be 'global settings' or something like that.
Look for it and turn it off, I believe.

Turn off the "global light" setting near the angle, in the inner shadow setting.
