Hi, here I post a sketch, but i think I will not continue with this one, to much Star wars style,.
Now I have another idea, so I will upload as soon as posible.

I hate the "bubble ball buildings" ;) Maybe more pyramidal style could be better, more futuristic and less retro. What do you think? :)

now problem, I not going to continue working over this one
I making another one, but I realy like the idea to make a futuristic scene based in old civilization
I will post later the new one

Maybe there would by some Mayan or Aztec elements. It is like Stargate (egyptian influence), but... ;)

yes, that is the idea, but my choise will we the Romans, the new Julio Cesar empire ;)
10-23-2004, 03:25 PM
Great! I am looking forward for your concept! :)

Here is some concept. All inspirate in the Julio Cesars Army.
I think that you must see the past to know where the future goes, like the all artistic period.
I like the idea of inspirate in old imperials army to make the new ones

A really nice idea (i like the concept, get an old civilisation and make some kind of futuristic hybrid)
Keep going! :D

Julius Caesar's head sketch is cool. Maybe he could be like intergalactic imperator Darth Julius terrorizing all galaxies from his Death Rome ;)

I like the bubble buildings. I also like the retro-future stuff too. Looking forward to seeing more designs.

translation for the rest of the world:
it looks good, romans and Julio cesar are a good idea, I was thinking of doing also something that ressembled that age, I dont know how but the spaceship looks quite "roman", I like the robot with his skull-head, and Julius Caesar's sketch is very well done, keep it up!

Hi, Im back, I make a travel and Im back now. Thanks for the comments ;)
(Gracias por el castellano :D)
Here are some more sketch
some droid (infantery) and some small ship (inspirate in the old romans car, without horses ;)
I hope do you like it, I will try to make some in color next time

nice extensive concept studies, I have yet to finalise my concept and to work on the details. Good job on the designs.

When I first saw that ship, I thought it was a chariot. Maybe a futuristic arena with some mag-lev chariot races or something?

I think the idea is a epic battle hand to hand, or a mix of old weapons with new tecnology...
What I hope to accomplish is to make something like the "laser saber" a classic weapons, upgrade to the new civilization ;)
