I would like to here any critisism in regards to the modeling; proportions, details (there and not there), etc. I am constantly refining and refining, so I want to here your input. I will be posting other angles and wire below.

Over all I reckon you're there, to my eye there are a few tweaks you could try,
I think the either the armpit is a little low, or your shoulders are slightly shrugged and the edges round the shoulders don't look like they'd deform too well. Looking at the back wireframe, I would recommend looping the edges a bit more so they flow from the shoulders and along down the arm instead of wrapping around to the front of the shoulder muscle. Also the fingers/hands look a bit long and gives the arm a kind of alienish look
Have you tried any poses yet?
