hey im trying to make a low poly character (im kinda new) iv got the legs arms and body done but now iv came to the brest im having lots of diffuculty becouse i dont have enough verts to extrude. so in blender what should i do?

heres screen of my body (dont mind the icky mesh this is just a test so i can get all the features right then ill remake)http://www.antihc3.dyndns.org/fudge/female.jpg

For a model like that, I would use the Knife tool.
Select the vertices that define the edges you want to cut, and then press SHIFT+k.
You can drag the knife to draw curves or click about for straight cuts. When finished, press ENTER. As soon as you have the detail you need, start extruding.
