The colors are very nice...
Why the black outline? When you see a person walking down the street do they have an outline? No...
Ditch the outline, work on the toes(they look like hooves) and maybe some work on the face and hair.

Geez, Paranoidandroid... most of the stuff on this forum is work with line in it. Give the guy a break. I like the rough painted look, the head/hair and face are nice. The head and hair are the strongest parts of the piece right now.
Nice colors, too. The most work needs to be done on the lower torso. Give her a narrower waist and work on shaping her pelvic area to be more feminine. The left hand looks a bit too far to the forward and center of the torso. Keep it more to the side and behind. Also, if you work in more contra posto, then the pose will look more relaxed... Nice work though. Keep at it!
P.S. Ok boys and girls... that is how you give useful critique. Let's be more helpful in the future eh?
Do not ditch the outline, just give it a colur that's slightly darker than the object it's outlining

Not bad, I get the lines, but i would make the outlines around the body a bit less bold as they seem to detract from the head. I agree about the torso region, she needs hips. The face, did you paint this from two different photo's by any chance? Because it looks like the face hasnt got the same lighting as the body, or at the least it needs stronger shadows to fit with the body, i think
Over all you did a good job with it. I dont particulary like the background color but thats just my stlye

One more clue on contra posto... on the her right side (our left), where she's supporting her weight, her hip on that side will be higher that on the other side where her knee is bent and little if no weight is supported by that leg. In the shoulders an opposite angle will result, hence the term "contra posto". this will give your figure a sense of balance and weight.
