If you are referring to Lightwave's Blend tool, then no. There is not one in modo. There are plans for one though.

i think he means "bend" tool. you are correct. current bend implementation is a result of idea of fall offs and transformations. but hopefully bend tool will be implemented. i belive it si an important tool too.
