Hi All,
I am working on a shot in my short right now that calls for a street that is really busy with cars driving on it, i have about 3 car models i want to use. what i need to do is figure out some way i can animate this street by reusing the cars that i have, i dont want to have to animate each car because that would create to much geomotry.

any ideas? does anyone even understand what i am trying to do?

I'm not sure if I got it right, but here's a solution. If the animation on cars only needs to be linear, you can copy the cars and make each a different color, name them, car01, car02,etc.
then use expressions to pick a car at random and drives it (using translatex or z and adding to their current value in every frame) in the street.
