Hi there sorry i didnt really say much my last two posts, this is my first time really doing cg art. Here is my 2nd idea that i had. A little story is behind this picture. This is the last warrior in a mass war to fall, he died on the wing of his ship. The flower represents a purely mechanical race. As a result of the mechanical race winning the war, a new type of life is born, created killing the creator spans a new race of robotic beings

Hey guys, just reading the posts, seems everyone knows everyone here, its the first forum that ive seen where people only encourage and give tips. Looking forward to chatting here
Well just a little intro of myself, a ordinary highschool kid, looking into what im going to do with my life :hmm: so i took on the challenge of learning various cg progs, so this is really going to be a beginners work, since im more of a physical canvas more than digital canvas guy, but thatll change. I dont really plan on winning but im hoping to really gain alot of experience mostly.
Shot, well just wanted to introduce myself

Hi trUbblEsOmE (http://www.cgtalk.com/member.php?u=114714).
You have some cool ideas, but I don't know if they fit the topic.
I don't know if the sketches are of the full image or only show a detail.
If they are the whole picture then you must think taking a different approach, because the focus of the pic must be something like huge landscape/ships/city and NOT being focused on a single character.
You better read the contest guidelines carefully so that you take your creative effort in the right direction up from the start.
Keep it up.

Hi guys im like really new here, i decided to enter this comp to improve my skills with various progs, not really expecting to win :)
Well heres my concept, i plan on doing this idea in both the comps, as i said learning experience :P
In this universe, a world with the most advanced super technology u can imagine. But there is one flaw, the simple, or it seems not so simple force field has been proven to be impossible to create. So this single planet has instead build a "Space Wall" based on the idea of Earth's great wall of China. This wall however instead of keeping enemies out, shoots them out of space :P
The Great Space Wall
