Ok, I don't know how to save a rendered image in 3ds max and then open it up in photoshop to add text and a little more graphics to it...can someone please explain how so i can get my 3ds max in photoshop. Thanks.

wow... this is like.. THE coolest noob question ever.. =O)

so here's a special tutorial just for you.

1. render image
2. Click little disk in top left corner of renderwindow.
3. write a filename, format and select a path
4. click button labeled >>Save<<.
5. Open Photoshop.
6. Go to File/Open
7. Find you saved image and doubleclick it.
8. taaadaaaa :buttrock: :bounce:

but that's just one way, there are still so many ways..

A couple ways of doing this:

1. At the top:
Rendering > Render > Under render output click "Files" and select and image type and an output path, remember to save in one of the formats that photoshop can read.


2. After you've rendered your image, don't close the render window, instead just click the little disk icon in the top left corner and save your image that way.
