There are no modeling books and videos for XSI, just books and videos that cover modeling among other aspects. The only modeling lessons I know are
- The Cumbria Training CDs, www.cmagic.co.uk, videos on CDs. Character modeling, but you just learn to model a head with one technique (box modeling).
- XSI Illuminated: Character, www.mesmer.com, book. This is mostly a reference book rather than lessons.
Hope this helps

As Atyss said there are no dedicated modelling books or videos on the market for the moment, though there are a couple of good websites such as:
http://www.edharriss.com/
http://roger.rosa.free.fr/start.html
http://www.3dlinks.com/tutorials_softimage.cfm
http://pages.infinit.net/njapowa/Tutorials/Plant/plant.html
...hope this helps

Don't limit yourself to stuff written specifically for xsi. videos for other apps would also help alot. You just have to figure out how to apply the techniques to XSI.:wavey:
