I bought the first generation Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer w/ the forward and back Internet buttons and scroll when it came out.... man, that was an evolution for me. But dang, @ 60 bucks, I have never bought a new mouse since..... it's been like 5 years now. The mouse buttons are responsive and the wheel works perfectly but man, it's got some nasty finger and food stains on it.... hmmmm..

with neon ground effects, a wing spoiler and a big muffler....

BTW I don't think the "sweat " issue is from gripping the mouse so much as from the sites visited.

I think my fingers would get cold if I used a mouse with a fan.
And a fan is a dust-collector. I get enough dust from my seven fans in the computer hehe...

This thing looks ultra cheap in the materials used for it. Could just be the picture. If I were to upgrade my current mouse, Logitech MX700 Wireless (best mouse I've ever owned), I'd definitely go with the Logitech MX1000 Laser mouse, not this cheap POS.

A no-skip optical mouse with a fan for sweaty palms eh? You young whippersnappers and your fancy new technology. Back in my day we used a no-wheel 3 button ball Mouseman mouse and we loved cleaning the grime out of the rollers! And mouseware? There was no mouseware, we had to write our 3rd button device drivers by hand!

Best mouse EVER

:wip:

Haha seriously though, that's an interesting looking mouse, but I wonder if the rotation of the fan is noticable. I can imagine certain hand gestures would get in sync with the movement of the fan and produce problemtatic sideeffects for us pixel pushers.

Having sweaty palms while doing Hardcore gaming is dangerous. I was at quakecon last year, and the dude next to me wasn't doing so 1337. A few seconds into round 3, he spasmed, and his sweaty palm slipped off the mouse. A millisecond later he was fragged.

Another needless death cause by perspiration.

This mouse will save lives.
