Hi

just thought I'd post this link for anybody in the UK that may be interested in going. It's has CGNetworks as an online sponsor so it may already be covered elsewhere. Dates are November in Leeds and December in London.

yeah sounds interesting was gonna see if i could fit in the leeds one.
i think maxon are doing some of the sponsorship for it.noticed on some the press benedict campbell images all lovely cinema4d work...so good to see.

supposedly yorkshire forward/screen yorkshire not sure which will part fund your ticket if you're from yorkshire or something but can't find where that info is...but ticket prices are not so high anyways..so if you interested then chase it up.

Yep - registered and paid up already - will be doing the London one hopefully.

I think this will go some way to replace the old 'Digital Media World' events that were cancelled a year or so ago, but gave good coverage to the 3D industry at the time - it ran parrallel with the LEAF animation festival - anyone remember those?

managed to get a spare moment to pop into this today in Leeds....some interesting stuff, not the best and a bit of a let down to be honest...BUT maxon are putting on a good showing which is good to see...also at main entrance catching people as they first get in, very nice....had a quick chat with a friendly bloke called Luke....good stuff.
Oooh and Luke stop lurkin bud... ;-)

Hey Flingster,

just noticed you are from Sheffield. My uncle and his family are living in Sheffield too. Next time I visit them, we could have a beer together, babbling about c4d?! :) I donīt know the name of the hood but maybe you are neighbors :) Where do you exactly live in Sheffield?

P.S.: Sorry for the off-topic..
