Hello, everyone. Im very new to head modelling and need some advice on the lip-area. There is this crease I dont know how to get rid of. I have all the edges going to one vertice. Any tips?

Well, can't really show you directly what's wrong and where's the spot, but I can tell you that the way you modeled it, isn't a good one. The mouth should be made of rings, like the lips are their own ring of quads, never merge that many edges to one verticle.
Hope that made sense?

Damnit.

I followed the way they did it in "Maya 4 Fundamentals".

Is there anyway to re-do it?

Yeah, you can fix this very easily, you just need to split the edges so the lips start to form a loop (Read that link Wigaru Wiyamoto gave you), then when it's looped, delete the edges that got left, like the ones connecting to that poor verticle, and possibly need to clean out some faces also. And the lips need to be shaped alittle, but all in all it's easy, just split new edges so there's a loop.

You mean....The top-most edge on the upper lip should form a loop with the bottom-most edge on the bottom lip?

EDIT: For some reason I cant split between the gap of the mouth. How am I supposed to make loops if I cant make a split all the way through?

my natalie model is entirely quads, even around the lips... try as hard as you can to make EVERYthing out of quads.

Yeah, that's what I ment, I'll try to get you a example picture later today, as it should be very easy operation to do.

Ok here's a small (26KB) gif animation where I fix a bit simpler model, it's very easy to do, but you propably have to change the topology of your model slightly to keep it all quads (Like in this small example)

So I hope this helps you:
