Just became a Messiah user and admittedly am a newbie. I received several BVH files that were created in Endorphin and I want to work with them in Messiah 2.0. I imported the motion files and I note that the bones created by Messiah don't match the Endorphin figure scaling (the upper body seems miniature while the lower body is too big. I understand that Endorphin uses a rather involved BVH file because of the need to handle rotations in its simulation.

I suppose I could find someone who has Endorphin and ask them to convert the files to a better format for Messiah to handle, but I"m not sure what that would be.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be most appreciated here.

I'm totally pumped to begin working with this app. It's already got me hooked.

I've zipped and uploaded one of the endorphin biovision files in case someone wants to try to fool with this issue:

Thanks

I only know when endorphin and motionbuilder work together, motionbuilder has a endorphin character name template to convert its own fbx file format into one format that endorphin can import.

Your link doesn't work here.

BVH files always contain rotations, that is their whole point ;)

Sorry, can't help without seeing the file.
