ill post these two pics ,then i will wait til im done so its not even more boring.
when i post the finished, i will also post the wireframefor those who asked .

This was a practice model for me( not very interssting) experimenting with other modeling methods , and using no planning or skedtches , im not very happy with the wireframe its slpoppy and doesnt follow the edge loops, which i noramaly stick too but im happy with the results so far !

the huge hole is where wings will be placed

The torso look a bit huge relatively to the head... too large I think.
I said that because it seem you're going to have the reste of the proportion human... so why not keep all.
Hope it's clear enough, can't find my word in english :)

I really like your modelling, and I like the reference, I'm modelling a demonlike creature for my demo reel at the moment....although he's quite different. Excellent work.....I'll be interested to see your textures.

I like it. Reminds me of that gargoyle cartoon from a few years back.

Hey, if you animate that guy you should check out that show for reference.
