CGTalk - Instaling Maya

Hello, I'm trying to install maya 4 in my computer (I'm running windows 2000)

but everytime I run the autorun program it says that I should go to the control panel to "configure system components"

So I go there and try to install form there but I get the same freakin message!!!

any suggestions did anyone have the the same problem??
