left pic is "set editor" of maya3.0,right pic is "set editing" of maya4.5.I think they have the same function,but I can't select any cv,and change its data.
Why?how to use "set editing"?
help me!

The picture that's missing is the Set Editing that you can do directly in your outliner in 4.0. Right click a set there to select its contents. Open the set to select individual verts.

Also, you can get your old Set Editor back using the SetEditor script from highend, which was also a script for 3.0 since the Set Editor was actually abandoned at 2.5. You might want to look your 3.0 scripts folder for that.

but I find setEditor is too old.

well,I creat cluster for Ik spline,and wanna control spline CV contrain force.
but how?I can't enter data.
help me!

You want the component editor for that. Edit the CV weight value for the cluster.

but I can't set every CV in Component Editor/Weighted Deformers.
