Ok..Ladies and guys, I wonder if photoshop are better than Painter for mixing colors?
for example I'm coloring a body part; I have highlight and midtones and shadows. now what do you prefer is the best way to soften the edges between the colors degrees?
I know maybe its a silly Q and I know everyone has her/his own tech. but I would appreciate if advices and suggestions are discussed.
