Evening all--

I am still trying to model a computer case, and while I am still n00b-ish I cannot figure out how I would go about doing something...

I have a cube and I want to cut a series of holes (like sever ventilation holes) along a side like maybe 5 rows of 20 or so..

Would the best way to do that be to cut new geometry then inner extrude/extrude, or is there some easier way to do this? I can provide a pic of what I am after if needed. I am looking for tips so I can learn rather than given the solution necessarily ... I promise :)

Hi fretshredder,

mebbe you could try this: select the polygon surface, structure>subdivide by 3 (or so), active tool> uncheck preserve groups, inner extrude/extrude.

i'm sure there are other ways.
