ckslayer22 10-16-2004, 01:23 AM I'm currently using blender to make models for a game and I was wondering do I have to animate the files in blender or can I let the game engine do that???

heh, no you will have to animate them yourself in blender.. (pretty sure at least)
i think though it depends what engine your using for the game? because blender has to be able to output to that engine format i think....
not too sure about the procedures here but as far as i know you have to animate it yourself.

well the question is what is the game engine you'll gonna use. if it's en extern one is there an exported if you do some animation in blender.
in most case if it's another engine. i'l l have to export the model in a supported package. generaly Max, and do some little anim here.
or.. you know what, at the end, can you give more info on what you want to do?
