The last contest was fun to watch so I decided to join in this time around. My entry will most likely be a joint effort, design by my brother and modeling by me.
While on the phone this morning I scribbled down a couple ideas of my own. Basically the same traits in each, only one is more mannered and the other more feral in look. I was thinking of breathing tubes fitted with filters/valves exiting the helmet and hanging freely - like micron cartridges to filter out air born debris and chemicals.

This looks like it's going to be a real competitive challenge, all the entries I've looked over so far have been pretty impressive.
