CGTalk - extra poly tools?

Just wondering if there's any nice plugins out there that supply extra poly tools, along the lines that Max has? I thought I'd seen one before, but I can't seem to find it.

And how do you create a cube in maya? Can anyone tell me that aswell? Or better yet, could you create a cube and email me the .ma? Thanks!

Create > Polygon Primitives > Cube
