Your proportions are a little off, and you wated a ton of texture space. You should have mirrored the hands, and since it looks like you just mirrored the legs of the pants on the texture, you should have mirrored them on the texture, as well.

well the proportions are meant to be like that, he is supposed to have long legs, big foot. he is wearing a mask, kinda like a hockey mask or something.

about the hands you are right, originally the textures for the hands where different thats why, I used a different one for both hands, but then I decided to do them normal hands and I had a lot of extra space.......

well just as always, critic makes you better, so I should take this in a positive way and keep improving, at least looking back some months ago I feel calm, couse I know Ive improved a lot, I just need to keep improving, thanks for the critic ghostscape

I think your model is good, although you've used way too many polys in some of the areas, like the face, Around the cheeks, there are probably 10 times the amount of polys that you could have gotten away with. Also I'm not sure what's going on with his hood, looks a bit messy.

That said, I think your texture pretty much kills it. Redo it. Sorry if I'm being harsh, but a texture is what makes or breaks a low-poly model. As Ghostscape mentioned, adjust the UVs to gain more texture space and work on the detail in the texture. The shoes are ok, and the pants are basically fine, but everything else you made pretty much a solid color with some noise applied over it. That's ok to do for reference at the start, but you need to spend alot of time and draw the texture details over it.

cool man looks good, model looks cool. Texture is good but use it as a base and start working in more detail, i think you may have stoped a bit too early... nice work tho man keep it up.

Thanks I really appreciatte your comments, althoough I dont know if Ill work more on this character, Ill leave him as a testimony of my first attempt to texture a character!!

Honestly, If you look at my past threads you can see my evolution, and thats for critique like yours, so thank you again, Ill do another character and try to apply what I learned this time.

One thing though, what else do you think I could have done to the sweater? you said that I only apply noise and some pictures, but I couldnt think of anything else to put on it.
For the rest of the critiques I totally agree, about the exaggerate use of polys in the face, and the fact that I could have saved a lot of space.

thanks again, and hopefully Ill be posting a new and better model soon, thank you !!

For the sweater texture, you really need to draw folds and seams. It brings out detail and makes up for the lack of detail in the model's structure. Same with everything, really, the more time you spend on it, the better it will be. The key is knowing when to stop :)

Your model is cool, only thing is you can add some more details on clothes, try making some folds and wrinkles, also try to give some shading on the facial texture right now it is too flat.
