I'd say work on the textures and the lighting some more. Why is there a city scene for the reflection map? It doesn't really make sense to me when the watch is sitting on a blue cloth background. Think about the overall environment you're going for, then light and texture accordingly.

how would you improve the lighting? Make it brighter, Radiosity, HDRI, what do you think works best?
Are you student of the Savannah College? I also wanted to go there, but it was to expensive for me.

Isn't the face on the wrong way round? When you look at your watch the 12 should be at the top by the strap rather than on its side. Just a thought. Like it though!

I'm ok with the previous post ... the 12 must be rotated by 45 degrees.
Put your object on a floor/pillow/table/anything you want to cast some shadows and try to render it with HDRI/GI with a good and realistic reflection map.
Some work on the leather (or anything it is) with a little more specular could make it great.
Nice try anyway :)
Keep on trying .. always ;)
See u
Cliff.
