View Full Version : Setting Paths in Maya

Ok so I got this CD this morning full of Maya assets for work. My problem is when I open the files Maya is still looking for the
textures from the original path where it was created. The result is all the shaders show up black and nothing renders. Is there a way that I can quickly just point the project to a new path? Similar to the way you can configure paths in Max.

Look at Files -> Project -> New...

it should resolve your problem
