Hey people,
Im looking to spend about 500-600$ USD on building a secondary machine for my animation work when I am at home. Ive been looking at several types of processors and setups I could use, but in all honesty, im not to technically familiar with hardware. I will be using 3d studio max 6 on it, and that will be its sole purpose. Im generally working on high-poly models, and occasionally on low-poly, if that helps any....
