Looks great! One thing I have to say though is that you're using WAY too many polys for the headlights/floodlights. You're using polygons fairly well in the body, but the lamps bring your polycount up to a level that you can easily avoid by decreasing detail in the smaller areas.

Yeah the model needs to be optimized.
i'll post a render with opacity map tomorrow
thanks for the replies :)

Nice van! I like the textures. Did you use photo's for them?
What's up with the land rover's front tire hubcap?
The wireframe is fanned one way, and then fanned the other way for a couple polys.
Alternatively, I wouldn't do it with the fan method, I would arrange it so it's more strip friendly.
i think that the textures are looking very good, if you could tell me how you make them, that would be nice:), do you use a photo and then remake it in photoshop?
regardles modeling, you should definitely read the post

there are some nice tricks, and this fan metod you used on modeling wheels is a mojor "no no"
you just don't model that way, total waste of triangles:wise:
and the lights... ou should optimize it, and i'm sure you're doing so now:)
as for the whole model/texture, good word, nice game object:thumbsup:
the Van reminds me of silent hill game on PSX.

Yeah i've got to fix some things.it's just that i have like 4 model made wich need optimizing lol.
This fan thing is not good and i know it.
About the texture,i got some ref pics of the van and overlaying(and other blending options) details like rotten walls, rust etc you can archive a nice effect.
