Okay, I'll put it in again, cause it got lost by the crash.
A good storyboard needs a bit of roughness. It is meant to be an explanation of what a final could look like. So most good storyboards are fast looking markersketches, and are just for explaining the "feeling" in a scene or a final (there were some pretty cool ones at www.starwars.com a couple of months ago).
The point is that your SB's look like unfinished Photoshop drawings, meant to become perfect realistic paintings. Specially because you fill in selections instead of just painting everything into eachother.
That feeling I was talking about is easier to achieve if you slow done in the amount of colors you use (and less bright colors).
A very effective way is to draw only in one color, with different darker and lighter tones of that color. Giving the main subject (or parts of it) a contrasting color is a very effective way of drawing more attention to it.
Anyway. I can see you can draw. I am just trying to give you some tips to get better. If you hate my reply just call me an ******* and I'll crawl back in my corner ;)

Looks like you've got a great idea going there. An instructor told me once to never do stroyboards on the computer, always do them by hand. And never try to make them masterpieces. Especially the initial thumbnails. There's always a pretty good chance that one of the directors will take a red pen to them every now and then.
