View Full Version : I need a new Monitor, CRT 19"...

...and I don't have alot of money.

I'm looking at either the 19" Samsung Syncmaster 997DF for 207€, or the 19" Samsung SM 957P for 172€. In the specs I can't really find a difference between the two, except the first has TCO03 and the other only TCO99.

If anyone can recommend another cheap 19" CRT I'd be more than thankful,

Do a search of this forum. Plenty of "Which Monitor To Get?" threads posted in the last several weeks.

(And my pick for a CRT would be Viewsonic ;) )

I have the 19" Samsung Syncmaster 997DF at home and i love it. I like it alot better than my 18" Viewsonic VG800b LCD i have at work. I really can't compare to much about CRT thou, being my upgrade was from a 3-yr 17" NEC. SO so far the Samsung has been the best monitor i ever used.
