Uhh, the face is nice, but the body.
Maybe it's too thin? And the clothes do not look like clothes. How is it possible that the jacket does not fall down? There is no connection between the two sides, so it could not stay in that position. You could work on the arm, too.

But for a first char it is amazing.

I'm still working on the clothes especially on the creases to let the clothes look more realistic, but at the moment im struggeling with simcloth.
Has anyone any idea's how to create creases?
