CGTalk - Brush Palette problem (Photoshop CS)

Just upgraded to CS. The brush palette no longer allows me to delete brushes. I tried both right clicking and clicking on the trash can. Am I missing something or is this a bug with the program. Any recommendations about how to fix it?

switch to thumbnail preview, alt click

if that doesnt work, junk the prefs
