I would say pull in the sides of the head... If you don't know what I mean go to google and look up bald people... all diferent shapes but the ears are very close to the cheak bones...from a head on view.

hey reo, lookin' good as usual. the second head pic looks a bit wide, did u render from the front view in xsi? cause I know the lens in othographic views make u're model look wider than it is. Anyways, I'll be following this thread, feed us with more updates soon!

hey reo, I think u have 2 threads of the same thing going on, i replied on your other one lol, not sure what's going on:)
Yah the second render is in the ortho...
I was going to do a profile to go with it, but didnt have time.
as for a bit to wide I'm going to tight'n up all the proportions a bit tonight using my Refrence photos.
Thanks for the reply.

almost didnt believe it was you ,
dont know if you still remember me, anyways model looks great man , but a few things are a bit off first his eyes are a little too small and beady for this guy , his nose is flaring a bit too much and the corner of his lips for that weird unatural turn to them , i suggest taking those points and tucking them inside towards the mouth , thats it dude well i hope we see updates on this sometime and maybe other things in the works , check your pm as well :)

hmmm good call on the mouth I noticed that as well.....
the ears also need to come in I agree with that .
as for the nose beleave it or not the guy I was refrencing really did have a nose like that..
I'll see about posting the ref, then again maybe I'll take them in a bit as well.
and beedy eyes you say....mmmmm
on this one I'm going to play with it a bit...but I actually like them smaller.
since I'm not ever going for photoreal i like to have a few weird characteristic type quirks in the design of the models.
thanks every one...I'll try and get the chages done soon.
PS the double post was due to the Cgtalk new members hold....
I did'nt notice the new change and posted the thread , but it didnt show up.
so I posted again thinking it was a browser issue.

I played around a bit more with the props on the head... I'm not sure if I nailed it or not....
Well I did a really quick hair test on the Captain, so as you might guess I'm not happy with it yet. and I still have to get the color map right.
