Well, it seems like a 3D package rendering by now. The bricks in foreground, clouds and water are a bit artificial.

The composition work, thought.

I'm sure that by now, you can aprorpiate of these aspects and make them start points to make your work more personal and artistic.

It's all done in photoshop form a scratch. Only thing that bugged me then was that i coud not get depht in those peoples and sky, now there is lot of things bugging me, but sorry to say i've forgot almost everything about photoshop.

Something bugs me about the image itself, is that the moon up there? and your image is too 'hot' for the feeling of sunset, there should be cooler colors in there to relax it.

That's right. Maybe you can diffuse the light more, and use cooler tones in the sky where the moon begins to appear behind the could cover. Cool the water a bit too, or the lover will burn their feet for sure ;)
