Wouldn't a simple raytrace material (almost white), with a fresnel falloff in the reflection map work for that?

EDIT: Also don't forget about the Architectural materials (there's a glazed ceramic tile mat). Heck a Shellac material would work too I suppose.

Also check out the glazed pottery in this tutorial:

useful if you're using brazil, otherwise, it may give you some ideas as to material for whatever renderer you're using.
