I'd say so. I've recently joined the LScript crowd, and I definitely would have benefitted from vids on the topic.

Additionally, if you were to provide simple samples of the various commands, you'd be a huge hero. Heheh

yeah we would work thru a whole project in each video, i'd post source and everything as we go

I think the documentation and resources for Lscript are seriously lacking. I would say start from the beginning and cover everything. Seems like the only thing I can remember video-wise with Lscript was the stuff Lee (Strahan or whatever his name is) did. That was good stuff. I think there is a guy in the Maya forum doing a lot of Mel script videos for the community. My friend said they were excellent. I would be nice for someone to do the same thing for Lightwave. I'm surprised there isn't more videos or information available.

yeah its westiemad doing those, they are also hosted by myself at my site. he did the mel i did maxscript. now i want to try and help anyone else that wants to learn the best bits of 3d software ;).

again i may look at doin c++/lw tuts if there is demand, but get lscript out the way

ok videos are going to go head. they will be as follows:
-Into to Lscript, ie finding it, writing code and then going over a simple script
-UI's ie. creating them and implementing them in a script.
-IF and Case statements, and for loops
-Creating render effects
-SImple project: creating a dome light rig with lscript
-Expressions
-Final Project (undecided)
-competition with a prize

I'll try to follow my previous format as it works well. let me know your thoughts and also ideas of other videos.
