View Full Version : Null Objects affecting deformation.

ok i have kinda a wierd situation going on here, useing the muscle bone technique for my muscle deformations, all is well until i add a null for the acual control of stretch and squashing (muscle expand/contract) the null itself causes my mesh to deform as if the null is acting on the mesh?

i have my expressions right, and followers set up as in the tutorial? what gives?

come on now, you mean to tell me no one has ever encountered this?

Something else in your scene is affecting the mesh. Or a weight map is off.
A null doesn't have that kind of power unless you attach something to it, like an effector or some such thing.

Ive never had that happen and I agree with Robs assesment. Im going to guess that something else is going on that makes it look like the null is affecting it.
