View Full Version : Null Objects affecting deformation.
AthlonJedi 10-05-2004, 07:14 PM ok i have kinda a wierd situation going on here, useing the muscle bone technique for my muscle deformations, all is well until i add a null for the acual control of stretch and squashing (muscle expand/contract) the null itself causes my mesh to deform as if the null is acting on the mesh?
i have my expressions right, and followers set up as in the tutorial? what gives?

Something else in your scene is affecting the mesh. Or a weight map is off.
A null doesn't have that kind of power unless you attach something to it, like an effector or some such thing.

Ive never had that happen and I agree with Robs assesment. Im going to guess that something else is going on that makes it look like the null is affecting it.
