CGTalk - mental ray help

I dont have any knowledge about mental ray,ive been trying to look for some tutorials but no luck,could you guys please help me out alittle,im kinda new to max and have no idea about mental ray so could you please give me some links to websites from where i can start and i want to learn abit bout sss like the 3dsmax7 review
help would be really appriciated

check out the resources section in the 3ds max fourms here and look at the mental ray shader disscussion, best resource for mental ray and max
