AE Matte Erode? (Combustion To After Effects Question)

Ok, well this is a bit of a guess but I believe you may be looking for the 'matte choker'. effects > matte tools > matte choker

The Matte Choker will constrict the mask, but what I'm looking for is a tool that will erode the edges leaving somewhat of a noise gradient alpha around the matte...it's just a nice little feature that combustion has. It's great for blending cg on to a live plate.

I'm switching over to After Effects so I'm just curious about the little things.
