CGTalk - Render glow in Mental Ray?

View Full Version : Render glow in Mental Ray?

Hi everybody, here is my little problem.

I have a scene with 15 point lights, with glow. When i render with Maya Software there's no problem, but if I try something with Mental Ray it renders black spheres instead of glowin'points light.

I've tried many options but still can't find what i need.

If someone knows, please help.

As far as I know Mental Ray wont render point light glows I have tryed but no success.
what I have been doing is to render my scene in Mental Ray and then composite the lights in useing After Effects.

If I find a way of doing it I will let you know.
