so it's a very nice day for me and that's why i decided to give one of my videotuts for download.

i'm really really sorry, but it's spoken by me in german :hmm:

it's all about constraints in maya and what has come to my mind then i was recording :) so it's big , about 350mb (1,5 hours long), but who wants it and has a good connection i will give the location of the packed files.

please mail me if you want it and i will mail back asap.

wow, that was a great response. thnx to all for that.

if you encounter any problems downloading please tell me. but it shouldn't. dont't care about the server and the traffic :) it's university on the DFN (Deutsches Forschungs Netz) so i don't have a problem with that. and you know i'm still pissed of of the network people here :)

ahh, please no private messages, write me just an email. that's less to do for me :)

Yes, I did, you answered me (very quickly, thank you) and I already downloaded and watched it.

And I´ve also written a second reply yesterday...

Where is it gone???
Am I nuts?

Very strange... Anyway, here is it again.

Thank you very much Sven! This video is GREAT!

Your knowlege about constrains and how to apply them is astonishing!

People: If you can´t speak german, this video would definately be a reason to learn it.

Sven, you mentioned a IK/FK video in your constrain video, will you post it here as well? *slobber* ;)

so here is the info for all :

first , please give me feedback even if it's a bad one, i'm not perfect and also wanna here from outside what could be better done.

second, i will see how it is goin on. in general i don't wanna publish my videos for some reasons. the first one, i don't wanna disturb the aw videos and gnomon. it's not my business and they live from that. second, i don't really wanted to publish them since i began with them (don't ask me why, it's a feeling)

my people from my new company told me what i would be a good idea if i would give them to alias that they maybe bundle them with the software or something like this. we'll see.

hm, first it's great :)

second, 3dbuzz has also free maya, softimage videos with thousands subscriptions. and since yours are german you won't disturb gnomon or aw so much.

third, pleeease publish the videos :) maybe sell them?

It's the site of company who made the codec.
You have to download Camtasia to be able to see the video.

Just watched it (Ok, I did some rewinding), and it was ok, would propably be superb or even perfect if I'd know even a word of german :)
But it was good, I learned alot of constraints although you were exlaining alot of stuff (Which I ofcourse didn't understand), but the video explained itself alot too, more of these please

Anyone willing to make subtitles for us non-german speakers? :)

hi,

i've contacted AW now, and it starts to look fine that something will happen with all my videos. so basicly there will be 12 videos each covering an aspect of animation in maya (at least the things i know).

so i'll keep you all informed what is goin on in future
