I'm thinking that besides the ears and the neck I won't make any other big changes on the head. What do you think?
On another subject do you know where I can find a good tutorial for texturing the head?
I'm concerned also about this.I upped the quality of the hyper nurbs object to 8 to make a smooth face cause I had some polygons showing.I was playing with bump maps and however high I'd put the bump map it didn't show on the model !!!! So what am I gonna do know? Or am I doing something wrong?

lookin cool! i really dig the nose-very well modelled. however i think you should pull the cheek bones a bit more to the back of the head. btw. i think that a division of 8 is far too high in your hypernurbs. just try 4. it's faster and sufficiemt as i think. about your bump problem. well you gotta tell us how you applied the map and if it is hand painted or procedural. it would also help if you post a wireframe here. ;)

Anything below 8 on hyper nurbs make the polygons viewable.
Here is a picture with hyper nurbs set at 4.They really are showing....

and this is with 6

The wireframe.

It's a real mess here.....

The bump map I'm talking about is just the noise shader built in cinema. With hyper nurbs at 8 and cylindrical mapping I get this.... (I really overdone it with the strength setting. 58%) Where the polygons are concentrated it works but where the polygons are spaced out it doesn't

With UVW mapping I don't get anything. The model remains unchanged....

You must not have a smothing tag on the object.

Doh!!!!!
I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!!!!!!! Believe it or not I completely forgot about it.Wow.Thanks man.
Any good texturing tutorials?
I know you have BP3d so I would suggest painting your bump map, reason being you need many different tones of grey and white for the skin pores for random depth :)
