I ve searched around and found a few things about single points, which seems to be my problem on the end of the tail. But can I delete the tail end and fix in my 3d app later, just so I wont get the whole tail to screw up.

Basically I'm trying to save 3 days of detail (disp map).

I have no idea if I can fix, re import, and reapply the mapping I have??? maybe

EDIT, GOT IT - clicked morph target, switch twice. not knowing if your supposed to but the mesh changed a little, fixed itself, and now it works. weird.

My morph target wasnt working either. Maybe this is the solution, I am going to try this too!
Thanx for the post and edit.

Yep, weird, nothing much came up on searches at pixologic, only a few references about single pixels being a problem, (ie the very end of my tail), I suppose I should have capped it as opposed to a single point.

But, I clicked the switch, (screwed up my model), clicked again, and it popped back to normal.
then exported the disp map fine.
