You mean aside from the excellent ones that ship with the software? Well you could try http://www.suurland.com or http://www.3dluvr.com/content/artz/maxfirst.php if you want something that is online, or you could go out and buy one of the many Max books on the market :)

Well, thanx for the linkz. I have gone thru the manual and have got myself couple of books too but was searching for some more in-depth real-life patch tutorials.

Personally the only time I deal with patches is with the Surface modifier when I want to solidify my spline cage, works wonders and I cannot recommend it enough :)
