very cool scene the opacity is to high I can see thru the "soldiers"

Nah it wont be deleted.

Glass needs fresnel, and better refraction.

The shiny pieces are a bit too shiny.

But its a very nice scene.

it looks like the angle of the board is not correct on the table photo.

hey good stuff... you need to rework the perspective... I have a feeling your lens is too wide.... you are getting way to much convergence on the right edge of the board... try take the focal length up to 55 or so.... allot of consumer point and shoots default between 45 and 65......

PS: looks like you also used a flash to light the scene... shadows should travel away from us to match the shadows of the plant, arm etc..... The flash would also create some very powerful speculars on the chese pieces... look at your background plate fo more clues... shaodw color,saturation, grain etc....
