CGTalk - import a 3ds-file

i would like to import a studio max - file. But my problem is, I dont have 3d Max. I only have maya. Or XSI.

Does anyone know a plugin for maya for importing a 3ds-file?

Alias web site. Download Tools. There's a 3ds plug-in. In my experience, it's functional, but doesn't seem work perfectly.
